Full-Service Property Care
Tier 1 plus monthly hedge shaping, quarterly bed maintenance, seasonal mulch refresh, irrigation walk-throughs, and seasonal color rotations. Designed for homes where curb appeal matters and the homeowner doesn't want to manage multiple vendors.
Typical range: $180–$450 per month
Estate-Level Care
Tier 2 plus tree and palm management, hurricane prep, irrigation programming, hardscape coordination, lighting maintenance, and on-call response for events or special tour days. Designed for larger lots, lakefront properties, and homes with detailed landscape design.
Typical range: $500–$1,500+ per month

We respond to every quote request within two business hours. We schedule a free walk-through at your convenience — usually within 2–3 days. The walk takes 15–20 minutes and lets us understand your property, your standards, and any specific concerns (irrigation issues, neglected beds, problem trees, neighbor considerations).
Written quote within 24 hours
You get a written quote by email within one business day after the walk-through. The quote itemizes scope (what's included, what's not), frequency, and pricing. No upsell, no high-pressure callbacks. Take your time deciding.
First service within one week of approval
Once you approve the quote, we schedule your first visit within a week — usually sooner. The first visit is the cleanup visit: edges, weeds, trims, mulch refresh if needed. After that, your service falls into the regular weekly or bi-weekly rhythm.
Same crew, every visit
Your property is assigned to a specific crew. They learn your gate code, your dog's name, your irrigation controller, your trash pickup day. The same team shows up every week — different equipment days, but the same people. If we ever need to send a backup crew (rare — maybe for crew vacation), we tell you in advance.
